The Official TAWS™ - Total Aircraft Wash System

This is the newest innovation in ground support equipment for corrosion control and maintenance washing of aircraft. Completely self contained with on-board high volume foamer, dual independent hot-water wash systems, and integrated turbine engine flush system with tools. TAWS™ is simple to operate and maintain. The trailer mounted unit is completely self contained, and will operate in a broad range of environmental conditions from 34F-140F. Little operator training is needed: one button starts and stops the unit, all pumping and shut-down is automatic.

The Original AWS

The AWS by Riveer Environmental was designed in conjunction with the U.S. Army for aircraft cleaning in Kuwait. Particular attention was paid to the harsh desert environment and the need to build in reliability for remote operations. Our superior design, including a pressure washer rated to perform aircraft washes and meet the washing/ pressure guidelines in TM 1-1500-344-23-2, has won us competitive contracts for AWS equipment from both the Army and Air Force.

The New AWS 2.0

The AWS/2.0 is the new standard for tactical aircraft washing systems. The trailer mounted unit is completely self contained, and will operate in a broad range of environmental conditions from 34F-140F. This system includes a high volume foam application system with soap mixing from concentrate to simplify operations. Low pressure of 175 PSI with up to 10 GPM discharge meets the stringent requirements for aircraft wash/rinse/decontamination. Higher flow cuts cleaning time dramatically by effectively washing large area without using high pressure. Dual gun for two users and 100’ hoses speeds cleaning and rinsing operations.  Tow with HMMV, TUG, or other common AGE vehicles, 6” to 24” tow bar height, electric brakes. Fully boxed custom frame, 535-gallon tank with baffles, water cooled diesel engine. Little operator training is  needed:  one button starts and stops the unit, all pumping and shut-down is automatic.

The ARC

The Riveer ARC is simple to operate and maintain. The trailer mounted unit is completely self contained, and will operate in a broad range of environmental conditions from 34F-140F. Little operator training is needed: one button starts and stops the unit, all pumping and shut-down is automatic.

Low pressure to match aircraft TM of 170 PSI with high flow up to 12 GPM per wash wand meets the stringent requirements for aircraft wash/rinse/decontaminate. High flow cuts cleaning time dramatically by effectively washing large area.

Dual gun for two users and 300’ of total reach to make set-up a snap and speed cleaning and rinsing operations. Internal and external air transportable.
