We supply above ground wash racks from Riveer Environmental which are very low profile, only 6" tall (half the height of competitive racks), making for safe and easy access with full width <1 degree sloped ramps. Equipment won't become high-centered and your personnel won't fall off of the racks, reducing safety hazards. Riveer wash racks feature a smooth surface with no undulations or welded on screens. This allows you to drive small wheeled vehicles, like forklifts, onto the rack without the wheels becoming stuck between channels. The deck is painted with a custom 2 part epoxy paint that is impregnated with non-ferrous grit giving a sure grip when wet.
Unlike competitive systems, Riveer wash racks were designed specifically to be wash racks. They include the following unique and useful features:
- Nonskid smooth surface, no trip hazards
- Grit impregnated epoxy painted surface for sure footing
- Built-in slope of 3” over 18 feet

Center Trough Wash Racks
Center Trough Wash Racks come in 6' x 9' increments and are designed to carry loads up to 12,000 lbs. per wheel. Because we use vacuum recovery of the wash water, our racks are by far the lowest profile racks available. Our low profile racks make it easy to get even low clearance man lifts and forklift onto the racks for washing. In addition to being easier to get onto, our racks are safer for your equipment and employees. The solid diamond-tread plate decks are coated with grit impregnated epoxy paint to give sure grip even when wet and soapy.
